Last week I had the amazing opportunity to go to San Antonio with beefitswhatsfordinner + a whole bunch of amazing friends and learn all about beef. Some things I knew, some I didn’t. I share about the beef industry here often because I’m passionate about it and have been since I took a beef production class my senior year of college.

I’ll be sharing the facts and figures as I normally do, in little tidbits here and there, but today I want to convey something else about the beef industry.

The level of passion and commitment I saw from every producer we visited in every level of the industry was impressive. That’s the reason I decided to dedicate my career to Ag – because of the passionate people who feed you. I’ve always felt that and I want you to know their stories.

The story of my week last week was one of passion for their work, commitment to improvements for the future, and a desire to share what they do and who they are with all of you.
