1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoons ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
2 eggs
2 teaspoons orange zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspooon maple extract
2 cups powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and spices.
Whisk together the sugar, molasses, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, maple extract, and orange zest.
Stir in the dry ingredients until evenly and well combined.
