Here’s the thing. If you’re happy where you are, stay there. There is nothing wrong with being content. Peace is a gift!
If you are not, figure out what needs to change. Figure out what goal you’d like to achieve to get there. Journaling is a great exercise to figure this out! I can guarentee you that your goal with change and the path to achieve it won’t be what you thought.
Overall point is, your happiness + goals need to be a priority in your life. No question. Having goals allows you to know yourself. Ever considered that a relationship with yourself is important? It is.
So, it’s more than just goals. It’s your mental health. It’s your happiness.
